Carter's Big Boy Bed

Here is Carter with his new big boy bed. He looks so tiny in it. It has taken him some getting used to. As long as we close his door he will cry a few minutes until he gives up and crawls in bed and goes to sleep. That will only work as long as he can't open doors, but he's getting close to opening them and then will have to figure something else out.

State Fair

Grandma and Grandpa took Cloie and Gabby to the Fair. Here are pictures of some of the fun things they did. Cloie had a lot more fun with Grandma and Grandpa then she did with Mommy and Daddy at the fair the night before.

Bear Lake

Here we are at Bear Lake for Gabby's birthday party. The kids had so much fun playing in the sand and water. Grandpa helped them build a sand castle and they all had lots of fun. The outhouse there was a ways away and when Cloie had to go to the bathroom I figured if I took her to the outhouse she would pee in her swimsuit before we got there, so I took her into the lake up to her waist and told her to go. "Not in my swimsuit" was her response and I told her in the lake it was ok. Well about 45 minutes before we left she started calling for me. When I asked her what she needed she said, "I'm pooping in my swimsuit." I guess that was my fault for letting her think going in the lake was ok. Besides that little mess we had a really good time.
